Fixed Plant Machine Operator

We’re looking for a Fixed Plant Machine Operator for our client, an Australian brand and product line specialising in high-quality building and landscaping materials, particularly stone and paving products, to work at their manufacturing site in Jandakot.

This role is working Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm on an hourly payrate of $35.15 (inclusive of 25% casual loading).

Key Duties:

• Operate and monitor fixed plant machinery used in concrete slab production
• Set up, start, adjust and shut down batching, mixing, casting and curing equipment
• Adjust machine settings to maintain correct mix ratios, dimensions and finishes
• Monitor production to ensure consistent quality and output
• Work with fully automated, safety-caged machinery
• Clean machinery using high-pressure water
• Load and unload stone products onto pallets
• Use vacuum lifting equipment and perform manual handling (5–80kg)
• Occasionally operate a forklift to move completed pallets (if licensed)
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Requirements:

• Experience operating fixed plant machinery (essential)
• Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy industrial environment
• Comfortable manual handling
• Willingness to learn and upskill
• Forklift (LF) licence – desirable
• Confined Spaces ticket – desirable
